Yesterday I was out for my usual PV radio tower ride on my fixie. All was well until the end of the ride. On my way back to Ave C in Redondo Beach, I hit this traffic circle. I see no cars so I try and take a shortcut going clockwise instead of counter. Mistake. As soon as make the turn I hear a pop and shhhhhhhhhh sound from my front tire. I lose traction and my bike slips up underneath me. I go down. HARD. I get up make sure nothings broken, and no bleeding. Got a few scrapes and some road rash. Inspect my bike and I dented the rear seat stay. FML.
