I don't like riding in denim for 2 reasons. I get hot and I get nasty. Southern California weather requires you to stunt in shorts. It's November and it's a blistering 80-90 degrees depending on what part of the city you're in.
BUT, if I had to rock denim to ride in it'd be these bad boys right hurrr. From the durable denim blend to the reflective motif on the right inside of the leg, Rapha got it right down to the details. THE DETAILS! The jeans have even been tailored to accomodate your pedal stroke by offsetting the seams and belt loops. THE DETAILS! The jean's right pocket is reinforced and able to hold a D-lock. THE DETAILS!
My only gripe is once you start adding these cycling elements to the jeans it starts to become more cycling outerwear then jeans, and for $225 this isn't for the baby beasts.
